Is water blue?
Our eyes perceive water blue but there are some exceptions:
Hillier lake (in Australia) is pink. The pink dye is created by microscopic organism that live underwater.
Tinto river (in Spain) is red. The red dye is due to the iron disolved in the water. Despite the iron, many microorganisms live in there.
